Have you wondered what it might be like to have a trusted space and time where you might explore your feelings, who you are and what it means to be in the world as you find it?

My way of working offers a chance to understand what it is like to be you and to be with you, and to find meaning and freedom in your life.  You may experience a different way of being listened to and being with another person in a safe space.  There will not be “homework”, judgement or set goals, but a journey together to allow what might be.

I work with people who are experiencing Anxiety, Depression or difficulties with mood, have feelings of being stuck in life, are questioning identity, struggling with relationships or going through times of adversity and loss. Informed by a rich life experience, I have interests in LGBTQ+ issues and experience, the impacts of workplace bullying and redundancy, maternal and gynaecological mental health, intergenerational trauma, and in the process of performers and creative artists.

I have an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the Regent’s School of Psychotherapy and Psychology at Regent’s University London, awarded with Distinction.  I completed my training with award of  the Postgraduate Certificate in Existential Psychotherapy. I am a Full Clinical Member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and  a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).  I am a Professional Member of the Society for Existential Analysis (SEA).

The Zoom creative writing sessions have been great for me in lockdown, especially as I am shielding. Oriana sends us very comprehensive and interesting worksheets so we can prepare beforehand and then read out to each other during the session. It’s so good to connect in this way with fellow writers and get the amazing encouragement from Oriana and members of the group. It has been so good to be challenged creatively during this very difficult time and then share our work with familiar faces. Thank you so much Oriana for being so inspirational and considerate.
